- Improperly sized zoning could damage equipment.
Unit Condition:
- Condenser fan has internal damage; replacement is needed soon.
- Possible refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil; further testing required.

Safety Concerns:
- Emergency drain pan lacks overflow safety switch.
- Power cutoff for the unit has been bypassed.
- Cracked condensate drain cleanout needs repair.
Ducting Issues:
- Black non-attic rated ducting needs replacement.
- Leaking ducting in the attic.
Recommendations:
Ducting:
- Remove all black non-attic rated ducting; replace with R8 silver ducting.
- Install additional supply and return ducting in vaulted areas.
Zoning:
- Remove improperly sized zoning equipment.
Unit Replacement:
- Replace the evaporator coil and condenser for the top floor.
Safety Improvements:
- Install safety cutoffs on the main floor equipment pan and condensation line.
- Reinstall power cutoff to the main floor unit.
